| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨脊柱结核手术后复治化疗方面的原因、化疗的重要性及化疗方案的选择.方法:回顾27例脊柱结核术后复治病例,分析其化疗方面的不足及提出解决方法.结果:本组病例均获随访,平均23月,通过正确的化疗,均临床治愈.结论:脊柱结核术后复治的原因多与不规范化疗有关,重视化疗,针对患者选择适当的化疗方案,加强化疗的监督,是脊柱结核治愈的关键.

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the retreatment reasons, the importance and regimens of chemotherapy in retreatment of patients of postoperative of spinal tuberculosis. Methods: 27 cases were reviewed, the deficienc of chemotherapy was analyzed and the resolvents introduced. Results: 27 cases were followed up for an average of 23 months, and satisfactory clinical results were obtained by correct chemotherapy. Conclusion: The reasons of retreatment consisted with irregular chemotherapy. The key to curing spinal tuberculosis is to emphasize chemotherapy, to select adequate regimens and to stress administration. |
