Simultaneous trapezium and Bennett's fractures: a case report and review of the literature

Combined Bennett's fracture and the body of the trapezium are rare. The authors report a case in which closed reduction and internal fixation were performed to stabilize these fractures. The result at 5-month follow-up was good in terms of range of motion and radiological aspect. A literature review and treatment methods are included.
