甲硝唑治疗细菌性阴道病患者及其配偶疗效分析

目的研究甲硝唑治疗细菌性阴道病(BV)患者同时治疗其配偶对疗效的影响.方法210例BV患者采用随机配对方法,105例患者应用甲硝唑治疗做为对照组,另105例患者与其配偶同时应用甲硝唑治疗作为治疗组,观察两组治疗后2周、4周时的治愈率及阴道pH值等.结果治疗组在治疗后4周比对照组有较高的治愈率(P＜0.01),对照组在治疗后2周和4周时阴道pH值≥4.5发生率较治疗组显著增高(P＜0.05,P＜0.05).结论应用甲硝唑治疗BV患者同时治疗其配偶可提高治愈率,治疗期间不洁性生活可能是影响疗效的原因.

Clinical analysis about metronidazole treatment of women with bacterial vaginosis as well as their sexual partners

AIM To study the treatment of women with bacterial vaginosis (BV) in relation to influence of their sexual partners by Metronidazle. METHOD This study was a randonizd copling trial.105 patients with BV were treated by metronidazole as control group,another 105 patients with BV and their sexual partners were treated by metronidazole simultaneously as treatment group.The cure rate and vogina pH were compared in two groups after women with BV had be treated two weeks and four weeks.RESULTS The treatment group had significantly higher cure rate than control group after treating four weeks( P <0^01),the incidence of that patients vaginal was equal of super to 4^5 was found to be significantly higher in control group when compared with treatment group after treating two weeks ( P <0^01)and four weeks( P <0^05). CONCLUSIONS The treatment of women with BV as well as treatment of their sexual partners in sametime by Metronidazole will improve treatment effect,while sexual intercourse to be short of hygiene could could influence treatment erffect in treating period.
