| 摘 要： | 本文从目前国内外研究现状出发,阐述了失禁相关性皮炎(IAD)的流行病学、风险因素,介绍了IAD的评估方法,并对IAD的中西医护理方法进行了分析与归纳,旨在为护理人员进行IAD的管理与预防提供依据,并在此基础上对IAD的护理措施提出更多可行性建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the current research status at home and abroad,this paper expounds the epidemiology and risk factors of incontinence-associated dermatitis(IAD),introduces the evaluation methods of IAD and analyzes and summarizes the traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing method for IAD.This paper aims to provide basis for nursing staffs to manage and prevent IAD and to put forward more feasible suggestions for IAD nursing measures on this basis.This paper reviews the research progress of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing for IAD. |
