Abstract:Right ventricle-dependent coronary circulation significantly alters the therapeutic options and prognosis in neonates with pulmonary atresia and intact ventricular septum. The contribution of cardiac computed tomography for the accurate assessment of multiple coronary arteries to right ventricle fistulas in a newborn infant with pulmonary atresia and intact ventricular septum is described.
