老年日间手术患者家属对日间手术住院流程体验的感知

目的 探究老年日间手术患者家属群体对当下日间手术流程的感知与需求。方法 通过访谈的方式了解老年患者家属对日间手术流程的体验与需求，提出相应改进建议，为临床适老化日间手术流程的构建提供依据。结果 老年患者家属对于日间手术流程的体验感普遍良好，表示医护人员能够耐心倾听并从专业的角度解答疑问，但也提出了日间手术等候时间过长、心理准备不足等问题，表达了人文关怀、信息支持和延续性护理的需求。结论 适老化日间手术流程模式可以从加强人文关怀、完善信息支持系统和延续性护理服务着手，降低老年患者家属的焦虑感，促进适老化日间手术流程的优化与老年友好型医疗护理环境的发展。

Perception of family members of elderly patients undergoing daytime surgery on daytime hospitalization process

Objective To explore the perception and demand of family members of elderly patients for the present day surgery procedures. Methods Through interviews, we understood the experience and needs of the family members of elderly patients on the daytime operation process, and put forward corresponding improvement suggestions, so as to provide a basis for the construction of the clinically suitable daytime operation process. Results The study showed that family members of older patients generally felt good about the experience of the day surgery process, indicating that health care workers were able to listen patiently and answer questions from a professional perspective, but also presenting problems such as long waiting times for day surgery and insufficient psychological preparation, which expressed the need for humane care, information support and continuity of care. Conclusion The model of day surgery process for suitable ageing can be developed from strengthening humane care, improving information support systems and continuity care services, reducing the anxiety of the families of elderly patients, and promoting the optimization of day surgery process for suitable ageing with the development of an aged friendly medical care environment.
