| 摘 要： | 对肥胖症的危害、居家护理的概念、减重代谢术后居家护理的现状、居家护理需求测量工具、居家护理需求及患者术后居家护理需求干预研究现状进行综述,提出我国可以采取制订居家营养方案、促进形体恢复、重建心理等措施满足肥胖症患者术后患者的居家护理需求,并探索适合我国国情的减重代谢术后患者的居家护理模式。

| Abstract: | This paper reviewed the obesity harm,concept of home care,home care after bariatric and metabolic surgery,measure tools of home care needs,home care needs and intervention for postoperative home care needs.This paper also put forward that we can formulate home nutrition plan,promote shape recovery and rebuild psychology to satisfy the postoperative home care needs of obesity patients,and explored the home care model for patients undergoing bariatric and metabolic surgery suitable for national conditions. |
