吲哚美辛栓缓解Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者疼痛症状的初步观察

目的观察吲哚美辛栓缓解Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者疼痛症状的临床疗效和安全性。方法应用吲哚美辛栓治疗以疼痛为主诉的Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者48例,并以特拉唑嗪片治疗44例患者作对照。结果试验组总有效率83.3%,发生不良反应2例（4.2%）,对照组总有效率59.1%,发生不良反应2例（4.5%）。试验组治疗前后自身配对比较差异有显著性（P〈0.01）;对照组治疗前后自身配对比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）;两组总有效率比较,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）;试验组与对照组治疗疗效积分比较,治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组间不良反应发生率无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论吲哚美辛栓在缓解Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者疼痛症状上效果明显,不良反应发生率低,值得在临床上推广应用。

Clinical observation on indometacin turunda's pain- killing effect on patients with type Ⅲ prostatitis

Objective To obserev the clinical effects and safety to use indometacin tunmda＇ s to kill pain on patients with type Ⅲ prostatitis . Methods 48 patients of type Ⅲ prostatitis with chief complain of pain were treated with indometacin turunda （treating group ）, another 44 patients with the same problem were treated with terazosin （control group） . Results The total effective rate of treating group was 83.3 %, with 2 eases of adverse effects （4.2%）, in control group , the total effective rate was 59.1%, with 2 cases of adverse effects （4.5%）. The difference of total effective rate and the therapeutic effect score between the groups was significant （ P 〈 0.05）, the difference of the rate of adverse effects between the two groups was not significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusions It is effective and safe to use indometacin ttmmda＇ s to kill pain on patients with type Ⅲ prostafitis and the treatment could be widely applied.
