脑内型海绵状血管瘤的MRI诊断

摘    要:目的:探讨脑内型海绵状血管瘤的MRI表现及MRI在诊断本病中的价值。方法:回顾分析15例海绵状血管瘤的MRI表现,7例经病理证实,其中10例同时作了增强检查,3例作了MRA。结果:15例发现17个病灶,9个在T1W1上呈等信号,4个为高信号,4个为混杂信号;在T1W1上16个病灶为高信号,仅1个为低信号。9个病灶周围有低信号环,大多数病灶周围无水肿,多无占位征象。结论:MRI是诊断海绵状血管瘤最有效的方法。

Abstract:Objective To study the MR imaging features of intracranial cavernous angiomas and evaluate the diagnostic value of MRI. Methods The MR imaging features of 15 cases of intracranial cavernous angiomas including 7 with pathologic confirmation were studied retrospectively. In the mean time contrast examination was performed on 10 cases, and 3 cases received MRA examination. Results A total of 17 lesions were found in 15 cases with 9 showing equal signal intensity, and the others high or mixed signal intensity on T 1 weighted image. On T 2 weighted image, 16 lesions showed high signal intensity, and the "ring" sign of low sign around lesions were seen in 7 lesions. There were no mass effect or edema in most lesions. Conclusion MR examination is the most effective method for diagnosis of intracranial cavernous angiomas.
