CXCR4、VEGF在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及其意义

目的探讨趋化因子受体CXCR4及血管内皮生长因子VEGF在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达情况及其与食管鳞癌各临床病理资料的关系。方法免疫组化S-P染色法检测85例食管癌标本中CXCR4、VEGF的表达，并对其与临床病理参数的关系进行分析。结果CXCR4、VEGF在食管鳞癌中的阳性表达率分别为45．9％、50．5％，其中有淋巴结转移组CXCR4、VEGF的表达水平均高于无淋巴结转移组。而且，CXCR4阳性表达与VEGF阳性表达呈显著正相关（P〈0．05）。结论CXCR4和VEGF的表达与食管癌淋巴结转移密切相关，两者在食管癌的发生和转移过程中可能起着协调作用。

Expressions and clinical significance of CXCR4 and VEGF in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissue

Objective This study was designed to observe the expressions of chemokine receptorCXCR4 and vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissue and study the relationship between the expressions of CXCR4.VEGF and different clinicopathlogical characteristics. Methods Immuohistochemical staining was used to detect the expressions of CXCR4 and VEGF in 85 samples of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma（ESCC） tissue. The relationship between CXCR4 and VEGF expressions was analyzed. Results The positive rates of CXCR4 and VEGF in ESCC were 45. 9%and 50. 5% respectively. The ex- pression rates of CXCR4 and VEGF were higher in the group of lymph node metastasis than those in the group without lymph node metastasis. CXCR4 expression was significantly correlated with VEGF expression （P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion The expressions of CXCR4 and VEGF were closely correlated with lymph node metastasis of ESCC. Both in the incidence and metastasis of esophageal cancer may play a coordinating role.
