腹部术后粘连性小肠梗阻122例治疗体会

目的 总结腹部术后粘连性小肠梗阻治疗经验。方法 对1990年6月—2002年12月收治的122例腹部术后粘连性小肠梗阻病例的手术及非手术治疗资料进行回顾分析。结果 本组122例中,手术治疗54例,非手术治疗68例,121例治愈出院(其中1例二次手术后治愈),随访2～5年,无复发及肠瘘等并发症。死亡1例(手术后第3天因感染中毒性休克死亡)。结论 对腹部手术后粘连性小肠梗阻,要严密观察病情,严格掌握其手术和非手术治疗的适应证,强调规范手术操作,积极预防手术再次肠粘连。

Experience of 122 Cases of Small Intestinal Obstruction due to Adhesions after Abdominal Operation

Objective To summarize the experience of small intestinal obstruction due to adhesions. Methods 122 cases of small intestinal obstruction due to adhesions after abdominal operation were treatmented for opration and non-opration between Jul. 1990 and Dec. 2002, were analyzed retrospectively. Results Fifty-four patients (44. 3% ) were oprated, and sixty-eight patiens (55.7% ) were non-operated. 121 cases of patients were curd, they were subjected to a follow-up of 2 to 5 years. No recrudescence and complicatins occured. One case were died died ror intfective shock. Conclusion To small intestinal obstruction due to adhesions after abdominal operation, ought to predominate the adaptability strictly about operation and non-opration. Emphasize the canonical operation and prevnt repeating adhesion adter operation strivingly.
