云南省新型农村合作医疗试点县农民卫生服务需要分析

目的通过对参加新型农村合作医疗农民卫生服务需要的调查,为制订合理的补偿方案提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,对3个新农合试点县的3373户共计13468人进行了2周患病率调查。结果2周患病率为8.8%,低于第三次国家卫生服务调查农村平均水平(13.95%)。主要疾病为呼吸系统、骨关节系统和消化系统疾病,患病率最高的疾病为上呼吸道感染、风湿和类风湿、高血压。不同性别、年龄、文化程度、民族、婚姻状况、职业和不同经济收入调查对象的2周患病率均有统计学差异。结论和建议疾病防治的重点人群为妇女、儿童和老年人群,建议医疗机构加强基层卫生人员的诊断和治疗的培训,以满足参加新型农村合作医疗农民的卫生服务需要。

Analysis of Health Services Need Among Peasants in the Pilot Counties of the New Rural Cooperative Medical System in Yunnan Province

OBJECTIVE To know the health services need among peasants in three pilot counties of new rural cooperative medical system in Yunnan Province,in order to help policies-making related to the medical system.METHODS Stratified sampling technique was used to select sample.The sample size in the three counties was 3 373 peasant's households,and totally 13 468 persons.RESULTS The two weeks prevalence rate among peasants was 8.8%.It was lower than the rural average prevalence rate 13.95% which was from the results of the third National Health Service Survey.The leading diseases were upper respiratory tract infection,rheumatism,gastritis,hypertension,trauma and osteoarthropathy.The prevalence rates were statistical significant difference among different sex,age,educational level,ethnic,marital status,occupation and economic groups.CONCLUSION Prevention and control of diseases should focus on women,children and elderly people.It should be enhance to train the health care personnel in diagnosisand treatment techniques in order to meet the peasants'needs of health services.
