摘 要: | 目的对断指再植术后工伤患者实施康复路径,观察和分析临床应用效果。方法将80例患者按照住院时间先后随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组术后对患者进行常规的康复训练;观察组在对照组常规康复训练基础上实施康复路径。结果经过实施5个月的康复路径后,观察组患者断指运动功能恢复优良率为92.5%(37/40)、感觉功能恢复优良率为97.5%(39/40)明显高于对照组72.5%(29/40)、85.0%(34/40);观察组患者平均住院时间、住院费用以及患者满意度、健康教育知识知晓率明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论对断指再植术后工伤患者实施康复路径,能够促进患者运动功能和感觉功能的恢复,缩短住院时间,减轻患者经济压力,提高生活质量。

Abstract: | Objective To observe and analyze the clinical application effect of the rehabilitation path in patients with replantation of severed fingers by work-related injuries. Methods 80 patients according to the length of hospital stay had been grouped into observation group and control group. The control group, patients implement conventional postoperative rehabilitation training;Observation group:patients implement recovery path after routine rehabilitation training. Results After implementation of 5 months of recovery path, the finger movement function recovery in patients of the observation group was 92.5 % (37/40) , sensory function recovery was 97.5% (39/40);while those in the control group was 97.5% (29/40),85.0% (34/40);the average hospitalization time and the average hospitalization expenses, and patients'satisfaction, aware of knowledge about health education in patients of the observation group was better than those in control group (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion For patients with injury of the wounded finger, recovery path can promote the recovery of motor function and sensory function, shorten their hospitalization time and patients to reduce the economic pressure, improve the quality of life. |
