成年犬钙磷需要量研究

目的　研究在不同日粮钙磷含量时 ,实验比格犬钙磷的表观吸收、真吸收量及钙磷需要。方法　消化试验及平衡试验。结果　当日粮含钙量从 0 5 2 %提高到 1 0 2 %时 ,粪钙排泻量明显增加 (P <0 0 5 ) ,肠钙吸收量各组差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。当日粮含磷量从 0 39提高到 0 87%时 ,粪磷排泻量明显增加 (P <0 0 5 ) ,除 0 39%低磷组外 ,其余各组肠磷吸收量差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。犬随尿排泄钙、磷量较少 ,因此各组均表现为钙、磷的正平衡。结论　 0 5 2 %的日粮钙含量及 0 39%的日粮磷水平可以满足成年比格犬对钙、磷的需要。

Study on the Calcium and Phosphorous Requirements of Adult Beagle Dogs

Objective To study the apparent intestinal absorption and true intestinal absorption for calcium and phosphorus in different dietary levels of calcium and phosphorus as well as the requirement of calcium and phosphorus by adult laboratory beagal dogs.Method Digestive test and nitrogen balance test were applied. Results Calcium excretion in feces increased obviously and the quantities of calcium absorption were no significantly different when dietary calcium level ranged from 0.52% to 1.02%. Phosphorus excretion in feces increased obviously and the quantities of phosphorus absorption were no significantly different when dietary phosphorus level ranged from 0.39% to 0.87% except 0.39%. There was a positive calcium and phosphorus balance in all test groups. Conclusion 0.52% dietary calcium level and 0.39% dietary phosphorus level are optimal for adult beagle dogs.
