| Abstract: | Recently the development of oral sustained release formulations has focused on the matrix systems,and hydrophilic polymers have been widely used in the preparation of matrix systems to control the release rate of drugs.Factors affecting drug release from the hydrophilic matrices,which include drug,polymer,formulation,and manufacturing process were summarized,so as to provide references for optimizing the sustained release formulations based on hydrophilic matrices. |
