100例胶囊内镜诊断小肠疾病的临床分析

目的探讨胶囊内镜对小肠疾病的诊断价值。方法笔者医院2010年3月～2011年9月应用胶囊内镜检查100例,分为症状组和体检组,其中症状组72例(包括不明原因消化道出血16例,慢性腹痛28例,慢性腹泻23例和慢性腹胀5例),体检组28例(无消化道症状),对诊断结果进行分析。结果检查过程中受检者无痛苦,胶囊内镜性能稳定,图像清晰。胃运行时间为3～226min,中位时间为28min;小肠运行时间47～403min,中位时间为230min。小肠疾病总体检出率为45.00%,症状组小肠疾病检出率为51.39%,体检组小肠疾病检出率为28.57%,症状组小肠疾病检出率明显高于体检组,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对有不能解释原因的消化道症状患者,胶囊内镜有显著的小肠疾病检出率。胶囊内镜对诊断小肠疾病有较高的临床价值。

Clinical Analysis of 100 Cases of Capsule Endoscopy in the Diagnosis of Intestinal Disease

Objective To study diagnostic value of capsule endoscopy in intestinal disease.Methods From March 2010 to Septomber 2011,100 cases of capsule endoscopy in our hospital were divided into the symptoms group,including 16 cases in obscure gastrointestinal bleeding,28 cases in chronic abdominal pain,23 cases in chronic diarrhea and 5 cases in chronic abdominal distension,and 28 cases of the medical group without gastrointestinal symptoms.The diagnostic results of capsule endscopy were analysed.Results All subjects had not any uncomfortable feeling.Capsule endoscopy performed stably,and imaged clearly.The capsules were stayed in stomach in 3～226min(M 28min),and in intestine in 47～403 min(M 230min).Total detection rate of intestinal disease was 45.00%.The detection rate of intestinal disease in symptoms group(51.39%) was obviously higher than that in medical group(28.57%),and significant difference was found between 2 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Capsule endoscopy has a significant detection rate for intestinal disease in patients with the gastrointestinal symptoms.Capsule endoscopy is a valuable tool for diagnosis of intestinal disease.
