中药金樱子叶的化学成分研究

摘    要:目的研究金樱子Rosa Laevigata Michx.嫩叶的化学成分。方法运用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱(Sephadex LH-20)以及半制备高效液相色谱等多种现代色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果从金樱子叶的70%乙醇提取物乙酸乙酯部位分离鉴定得到12个化合物,分别为儿茶素(1)、槲皮素(2)、柚皮素(3)、山柰酚(4)、没食子酸乙酯(5)、对羟基肉桂酸乙酯(6)、ω-hydroxypropioquaiacone(7)、3,4-二羟基苯乙醇(8)、邻羟基苯甲酸(9)、莨菪亭(10)、乙基-α-D-呋喃阿拉伯糖苷(11)、甲基-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(12)。结论化合物11为首次从蔷薇属植物中分离得到,化合物3、5~9为首次从金樱子叶中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the chemical constituents from leaves of Rosa Laevigata Michx.Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purificated by silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 and semi-preparative RP-HPLC.Their structures were identified by spectral data together with physicochemical analysis.Results Twelve known compounds were isolated and identified as catechin(1),quercetin(2),naringenin(3),kaempferol(4),ethyl gallate(5),p-hydroxyl ethyl cinnamate(6),ω-hydroxypropioquaiacone(7),hydroxytyrosol(8),o-hydroxybenzoic acid(9),scopoletin(10),ethyl α-D-arabinofuranoside(11),methyl β-D-glucopyranoside(12).Conclusion Compound 11 was isolated from genus Rosa for the first time,compounds 3,5~9 were isolated from leaves of Rosa Laevigata Michx for the first time.
