脑钠肽及CRP水平与冠心病患者冠脉病变程度的关系

目的探讨血浆脑钠肽(BNP)及CRP水平与冠心病患者冠状动脉病变程度的关系。方法选择临床拟诊冠心病患者128例,按冠脉造影结果分为阳性组(93例)、阴性组(35例)。其中阳性组按冠脉病变程度分为单支血管病变组(39例)、双支血管病变组(27例)和3支血管病变组(27例);同时阳性组按照Gensini积分评级,分为>40分、20～40分和<20分3组,分别比较各组间血浆BNP及血清CRP水平。结果冠脉造影阳性组的血浆BNP、CRP水平及Gensini积分均明显高于造影阴性组,且随冠脉病变严重程度逐级上升。其中多支病变患者血浆BNP水平显著高于单支病变患者(P<0.05),但双支病变组患者与单支病变患者间血浆BNP水平差异不明显。结论随着冠脉病变程度的升级,冠心病患者血浆BNP、CRP水平逐级升高。

Relationship Between Plasma Brain Natriuretic Peptide,C-reactive Protein and Coronary Artery Lesions in Patients with Coronary Heart Diseases

Objective To investigate the relationship between plasma brain natriuretic peptide,c-reactive protein and coronary artery lesions in patients with coronary heart diseases.Methods According to the results of coronary angiography,128 cases were divided into CHD group(93 cases) and Non-CHD group(35 cases).According to the scope of coronary artery disease,the CHD group were subdivided into single-vessel disease group(39 cases),double-vessel disease group(27 cases) and three vessel disease group(27 cases).The CHD group was divided into three groups(score with >40,20-40,<20).The plasma BNP and serum CRP were mesasured in these cases respectively.Results The plasma BNP,serum CRP level and Gensini scores in CHD group were higher than those in control significantly.The plasma BNP level in the patients with three vessels disfunction group was higher than that in the patients with single-vessel(P<0.05) respectively.The plasma BNP level had no significant difference between the single-vessel and double-vessel disfuction group(P>0.05).Conclusion The plasma BNP and CRP level increased with the degree of the coronary artery lesions.
