缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压伴左心室肥厚的临床疗效

目的探讨缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗高血压伴左心肥厚的临床疗效和对患者心功能的影响。方法将我院收治的原发性高血压伴左心室肥厚患者64例给予缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗,患者口服缬沙坦80 mg/d,氨氯地平5 mg/d,第2周后根据患者情况调整至缬沙坦160 mg/d,氨氯地平10 mg/d,疗程6周。监测患者血压变化,采用超声心动图监测治疗前后患者左心室舒张末期内径（LVDd）、舒张末期室间隔厚度（IVSd）、左室射血分数（LVEF）、每搏输出量（SV）、每分输出量（CO）变化。结果治疗后患者血压明显降低（P〈0.05）,总有效率为92.19%;治疗后患者LVDd、IVSd较治疗前降低,LVEF、SV、CO较治疗前升高,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论缬沙坦联合氨氯地平可以有效降低高血压患者血压,改善患者左心室肥厚和心功能。

Clinical efficacy of Valsartan combined with Amlodipine in the treatment of primary hypertension complicated by left ventricular hypertrophy

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Valsartan combined with Amlodipine in the treatment of primary hypertension complicated by left ventricular hypertrophy and its influence on the cardiac function of patients.Methods Sixty-four patients with primary hypertension complicated by left ventricular hypertrophy admitted to our hospital were given the treatment of Valsartan combined with Amlodipine.The patients were administrated with Valsartan 80 mg/d Amlodipine 5mg/d.In the second week,according to the patients’ conditions,the dosage was adjusted to Valsartan 160 mg/d and Amlodipine 10 mg/d for 6 weeks.The blood pressure changes of patients were monitored.The changes of left ventricular end-diastolic dimension(LVDd),interventricular septum in diastole(IVSd),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),stroke volume(SV) and cardiac output(CO) of patients before and after treatment were monitored using the echocardiography.Results After treatment,the patients’ blood pressure decreased significantly(P < 0.05),with the total effective rate of 92.19%;after treatment,the patients’ LVDd and IVSd were lower than those before treatment,while LVEF,SV and CO were higher than those before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).Conclusion Valsartan combined with Amlodipine can effectively reduce the blood pressure of patients with hypertension and improve the patients’ left ventricular hypertrophy and cardiac function.
