| 摘 要： | OPG/RANK/RANKL系统是近年来发现的在维持骨吸收和骨形成平衡方面起着重要调节作用的细胞因子系统。目前,随着对中医中药研究的深入,已经可以通过对中药单体成分的提取分析,研究其在细胞、分子水平的作用机制。本文主要阐述中药在OPG/RANK/RANKL系统的作用。

| Abstract: | OPG/RANK/RANKL cell factor system is discovered in recent years,which plays an important role in maintaining of the balance between bone resorption and bone formation.Now,with in-depth research on traditional Chinese medicine monomer analysis,the mechanism of monomer action can be researched in the cellular and molecular level.This article focuses on traditional Chinese medicine in the OPG/RANK/RANKL system role. |
