锁定钢板固定术治疗创伤性胫骨远端三平面骨折的疗效及安全性分析

目的:分析锁定钢板固定术治疗创伤性胫骨远端三平面骨折的临床疗效及安全性。方法:对本院收治的94例创伤性胫骨远端三平面骨折患者进行回顾性分析,依据手术方式的不同分对照组和研究组,每组各47例。对照组患者采用普通钢板内固定术,研究组患者采用锁定钢板固定术。观察并对比两组患者治疗前后生活质量及并发症、疗效情况。结果:两组患者治疗后生活质量(SF-36)评分高于治疗前,且研究组比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率6.3%低于对照组的19.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗总有效率97.9%,高于对照组的80.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:锁定钢板固定术可有效减少并发症,降低再次骨折发生率,安全性高,治疗效果佳,术后患者生活质量高,值得临床推广。

Efficacy and safety of locking plate fixation in the treatment of traumatic tibial distal three-plane fracture

Objective:To study the efficacy and safety of locking plate fixation for the treatment of traumatic tibial distal three-plane fracture.Methods:A total of 94 patients with traumatic distal tibial fractures treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. There were 47 cases in each group according to different surgical methods.The patients in the control group received general plate inter-nal fixation for treatment,and the patients in the study group were treated with locking plate fixation.The quality of life,complications and curative effect of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared.Results:The SF-36 scores of quality of life after treatment in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complication in study group was 6.3%,which lower than that in control group (19.1%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in study group was higher than that in control group(97.9% vs.80.9% ),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:Locking plate fixation can reduce complications,reduce the incidence of secondary fracture,and it has high safety, good therapeutic effect and high quality of life after surgery,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
