低温等离子手术联合微波局部理疗及雷诺考特治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床效果评估

目的:探究低温等离子手术联合微波局部理疗及雷诺考特治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床效果.方法: 选取98例过敏性鼻炎患者进行分组研究,对照组(n=49)采取雷诺考特治疗,观察组(n=49)则采取低温等离子手术联合微波局部理疗及雷诺考特治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效、术后并发症及治疗前后血清免疫球蛋白(IgE)及白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平、患者复发率及治疗满意率.结果: 观察组患者治疗总有效率为97. 96% ,高于对照组的87. 76% ,差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05);观察组患者术后并发症率为2. 04% ,低于对照组的12. 24% ,差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05);治疗前观察组患者血清IgE水平和IL-4水平为(495. 10 ± 26. 11)U/mL、(3. 21 ± 0. 21)pg/mL,治疗后分别为(103. 35 ± 20. 56)U/mL、(1. 45 ± 0. 17)pg/mL,对照组治疗前血清IgE水平和IL-4水平分别为(495. 43 ± 26. 34) U/mL、(3. 19 ± 0. 22) pg/mL,治疗后分别为(183. 42 ± 22. 56) U/mL、(1.73 ±0.18)pg/mL,治疗前两组患者IgE及IL-4水平相当,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),治疗后各组患者血清IgE及IL-4水平均下降,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05);观察组患者复发率为0. 00% ,低于对照组8. 16% ,治疗满意率为97. 96% ,高于对照组83. 67% ,差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05).结论: 低温等离子手术联合微波局部理疗及雷诺考特治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效显著,患者术后并发症率及复发率均降低,患者恢复好,安全性高,满意率高,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical evaluation of low temperature plasma surgery combined with local microwave physiotherapy and rhinocort in the treatment of allergic rhinitis

Objective:To explore the low-temperature plasma surgery combined with local microwave physiotherapy and rhino-cort efficacy of treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods:This study consists of allergic rhinitis patients were selected from 98 cases of pa-tients divided into two groups,the control group (49 cases) take budesonide treatment,the observation group (49 cases) patients were taken plasma surgery combined with local microwave physiotherapy and rhinocort treatment,compared two groups of patients with clini-cal curative effect,postoperative before and after complications and treatment of serum immunoglobulin (IgE) and interleukin-4 (IL-4) level of patients,recurrence rate and treatment satisfaction rate. After treatment,the serum IgE and IL-4 levels decreased in all groups,the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0. 05). The recurrence rate of the observation group was 0. 00% ,lower than that of the control group (8. 16% ),the treatment satisfaction rate was 97. 96% ,higher than that of the control group (83. 67% ),the differences were statistically significant (P＜0. 05). Conclusion:Low temperature plasma surgery combined with local microwave physiotherapy and rhinocort significant efficacy in the treatment of allergic rhinitis patients,postoperative complication rate and recurrence rate are reduced,with good recovery, high safety,high satisfaction rate,be worthy of clinical application.
