摘    要:医院后勤社会化的根本点在于后勤服务的专业化、集团化,医院对所属后勤服务公司进行统一管理和运作,优化资源的配置,提高资源利用率。理顺医院与后勤专业公司间的管理关系,协调发展,使医院管理更多地转向临床、科研,最终达到推动医院全面发展的作用。

Abstract:The key to the logistic socialization in a hospital lies in its specialized and organized service.The hospital should urge its logistic department to do the following:the systematically managing and operating,optimizing the allocation of resources,increasing the utility of resources.By bringing into better balance the relations between hospital and specialized company of Logistic Department and their coordinated development,the hospital can focus on clinics,scientific research,and eventually motivate its overall development.
