乌头碱中毒致心律失常的表现及对内皮功能的影响

摘    要:目的探讨乌头碱中毒致心律失常的表现和对内皮功能的影响。方法回顾性分析29例乌头碱中毒患者的临床资料,检测患者血浆一氧化氮(NO)和一氧化氮合成酶(NOS),同时检测20名正常人(对照组)的NO和NOS。结果中毒组83%的患者有明显心律失常,其中室性心律失常最为明显,治愈出院26例,3例死亡;中毒组患者血浆NO和NOS明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乌头碱中毒可导致多种心律失常,尤其是室性心律失常;同时可以导致NO和NOS升高,造成细胞毒性。

Abstract:Objective To explore the arrhythmia features induced by aconitine poisoning and its impacts on endothelium function.Methods The clinical data of 29 aconitine poisoning patients were analyzed. Their plasma nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) levels were compared with that of 20 normal controls. Results Arrhythmias mainly including ventricular arrhythmia occurred in 83% of the patients. Twenty-five aconitine poisoning patients were cured and left the hospital, and three patients died. The NO and NOS levels were both higher in the poisoning patients than in the controls. Conclusion Aconitine, with cell toxicity, can cause arrhythmias, especially ventricular arrhythmia, and can increase NO and NOS levels.
