超声对胎儿颈部包块的诊断价值

目的 探讨超声在胎儿颈部包块鉴别诊断中的临床价值.方法 分析15例超声诊断为颈部包块胎儿的声像图,并与病理结果进行对照.结果 胎儿颈部淋巴水囊瘤9例,呈囊性包块,壁厚；脑膜脑膨出4例,其囊实混合性包块通过缺损的颅骨与颅内结构相连；颈部畸胎瘤2例,呈囊实混合性包块,其中1例误诊为脑膨出.结论 包块的囊实性、有无分隔及颅骨有无缺损是胎儿颈部包块鉴别诊断的要点,对临床判断和预后处理有重要的指导意义.

The value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of fetal neck masses

Objective To explore the clinical value of ultrasound examination in the differential diagnosis of fetal neck masses. Methods Ultrasonogram characteristics of fifteen fetuses which were diagnosed as fetal neck masses were retrospective analysed and compared with the pathological results. Results The pathological results showed that there were 9 lymphocyst, 4 meningoencephalocele and 2 teratoma in 15 fetal neck masses, and one teratoma case was misdiagnosed as meningoencephalocele. Conclusion The physical properties of mass,the separation and the skull defent are the main points for the differential diaguosis of fetal neck mass,which provide important guiding significance for the clinical judgment and prognosis.
