星状神经节阻滞治疗顽固性偏头痛的临床疗效

目的 评价星状神经节阻滞术治疗顽固性偏头痛的临床效果.方法 将95例顽固性偏头痛患者随机分为两组,对照组47例患者采用常规药物治疗,观察组48例患者采用星状神经节阻滞治疗,比较分析两组的临床疗效.结果 观察组总有效率为95.8％,对照组为80.9％,两组相比较,差异具有统计学意义(x2=8.632,P＜ 0.05),均无明显不良反应发生.结论 星状神经节阻滞治疗顽固性偏头痛临床效果满意,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用.

Effect of stellate ganglion block in the treatment of pertinacity hemicrania.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of stellate ganglion block in the treatment of pertinacity hemicrania. Methods Ninety-five patients of pertinacity hemicrania were randomly divided into two groups, the control group (47 cases) was treated by conventional therapy, and the observation group (48 cases) was treated by stellate ganglion block. The efficacy of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.8%, significantly higher than that in the control group (80.9%), χ~2=8.632, P<0.05. No obvious adverse reactions were found in the two groups. Conclusion In the treatment of pertinacity hemicrania, stellate ganglion block has satisfactory curative effect with fewer complications, which is worthy to be popularized.
