| 摘 要： | 目的]观察解郁汤联合米氮平治疗抑郁症疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将30例随机分为两组,对照组30例米氮平口服,治疗组30例解郁汤加减联合米氮平。观察临床疗效及HAMD量表总分减分。6周为1疗程,治疗1疗程(42d)判定疗效。结果]临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。HAMD量表减分率治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。不良反应治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组综合疗效优于对照组。结论]解郁汤联合米氮平治疗抑郁症疗效好,不良反应少,可推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective] To observe and evaluate the efficacy and adverse reactions of mirtazapine combined with JieYu Decoction on depression.Methods] 60 depression sufferers were selected and evenly divided into two groups randomly: experimental group and control group.The former used mirtazapine combined with JieYu Decoction,while the latter only used mirtazapine.The curative efficacy was evaluated by HAMD Scale after treatment for 6 weeks.Result] The effective rate showed in experimental group is 86%,while the control group is 80%.This showed the experimental group took effect faster than control group with mild side effects.Conclusion] Combining TCM(traditional Chinese medicine) and western medicine is an effective and safe way in treatment of depression,which has broad application prospects. |
