心房颤动病人的最佳心室率

本文测定并比较了19名房颤病人在不同心室率时的每搏量和心输出量,以期找出房颤病人的最佳心室率,为临床控制房颤心室率提供依据。结果表明:每搏量与心室率呈负相关(r=-0.51,P<0.05)。整组而言,心输出量以心室率为80～89次/分时最大,并随着其增快或减慢而渐次递减。70～79次/分与80～89次/分时的心输出量并无显著差异,而与其它心室率时的心输出量均有显著或非常显著差异。我们认为:房颤病人心室率控制在70～89次/分为最佳,可望获得最大的心输出量。

The Best Ventricular Rate for Patients with Atrial Fibrillation

Stroke volume(SV)and cardiac output(CO)at different ventricular rates were measured and compared in 19 patients with atrial fibrillation in order to find out the best ventricular rate,and provide the clinical basis for the control of ventricular response in these patients.The result indica- ted that S V was negatively correlated with ventricular rate(r=-0.51, P<0.05).So far as this group was concerned,the largest CO was obtai- ned at the ventricular rate of 80-89 beats/minute.As the ventricular rate increased or decreased CO decreased sequentially.The difference between C Os at 70-79 beats/minute and 80-89 beats/minute was not significant, but they were significantly or very significantly larger than those at other ventricular rate.In conclusion:The best ventricular rate for patients with atrial fibrillation is 70-89 beats/minute,at which the largest CO will be obtained.
