鲜生地治疗慢重肝营血症临床观察

目的:观察口服鲜生地汁对慢性重型肝炎早期(中医营血症)患者内毒素、肿瘤坏死因子-α及白细胞介素-1的影响。方法:患者分为两组,均给予重肝基础治疗的同时,治疗组给予鲜生地汁口服,每日100mL;对照组给予血液净化治疗,方法为每周进行血浆置换及血液滤过治疗各1次。分别于第1、2周末检测血清内毒素、肿瘤坏死因子-α及白细胞介素-1水平。结果:两组血清内毒素水平均明显下降,组间比较无明显差异;治疗组肿瘤坏死因子-α的水平有明显降低。结论:口服鲜生地汁可有效减轻内毒素血症、降低肿瘤坏死因子-α水平。

Efficacy in Chronic Fulminate Hepatitis Patients with Fresh Rehmannia Juice Therapy

Objective:To observe the efficacy of fresh Rehmannia juice therapy for chronic fulminate hepatitis patients with serum endotoxin(LPS),TNF-α and IL-1 levels.Methods:Thirty-seven chronic fulminate hepatitis patients received either fresh Rehmannia juice 100ml daily(trail group,n=20) or blood purification including plasma exchange and hemofiltration per week for 2 weeks(control group,n=17).Mensurate the changes of serum endotoxin,TNF-α and IL-1 at end of 1st week and 2nd week in trail group and control group.Results:At the end of treatment,serum endotoxin of either trail group or control group has visible reduction.The change of serum endotoxin has no difference in this two groups.TNF-α in trail group has distinct abatement at the end of treatment.Conclusions:Fresh Rehmannia juice therapy for chronic fulminate hepatitis patients can reduce serum endotoxin and TNF-α.
