2种内固定方法治疗肋骨骨折的临床疗效观察

目的探讨合成树脂人工骨和肋骨爪形钢板联合内固定治疗多发肋骨骨折的疗效。方法将96例多发肋骨骨折根据入院先后顺序随机分A组(32例):予肋骨爪形钢板内固定、B组:予合成树脂人工骨内固定,C组:合成树脂人工骨和肋骨爪形钢板联合内固定,比较3组的手术治疗效果。结果与A组、B组比较,C组合成树脂人工骨和肋骨爪形钢板联合内固定治疗多发肋骨骨折的术中的手术时间差异不明显,但术中出血量少,伤口引流量少,住院时间短,术后并发症发生率低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合应用合成树脂人工骨和肋骨爪形钢板治疗多发肋骨骨折疗效优于单纯应用合成树脂人工骨或肋骨爪形钢板内固定方法,2种内固定方法互相取长补短,术中出血量少,住院时间短,并发症少,值得广泛推广和应用。

Two Internal Fixation Clinical Observation of Rib Fracture

Objective To investigate the synthetic resin claw bone and rib plate fixation combined treatment of multiple rib fractures.Methods 96 patients with multiple rib fractures were divided according to the order of A hospital group(32 cases):to the rib claw plate,B group:to the bone fixation of synthetic resin,C Group:synthetic resin claw bone and ribs shaped steel plate combined with internal fixation,compared three groups of surgical treatment.Results A group,B group,C combined into a resin rib bone and the claw-shaped plate fixation combined treatment of multiple rib fracture surgery was no significant difference in operation time,but less blood loss,less wound drainage,shorter hospital stay,postoperative complication rate,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of synthetic resin claw bone and rib plate for the treatment of multiple rib fracture better than bone or rib of synthetic resin claw plate method,the two fixation methods complement each other,less blood loss,hospital stay short time,fewer complications,should be popularized and applied.
