| 摘 要： | 目的探讨舒芬太尼、瑞芬太尼2种药物应用于脑外科急诊手术麻醉的的临床效果。方法把我院在2007年6月至2010年7月间收治的168例颅脑外伤急诊手术患者随机分为2组,分别用舒芬太尼、瑞芬太尼2种药物进行麻醉,比较2组患者生命体征、苏醒拔管时间、死亡率和不良反应。结果应用舒芬太尼麻醉的患者麻醉效果明显优于瑞芬太尼组,患者死亡率也明显低于瑞芬太尼组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒芬太尼和瑞芬太尼比较:其镇痛作用更强、循环稳定性好、苏醒快、死亡率低、不良反应少。在颅脑手术中值得临床广泛推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the most commonly used in hospital emergency neurosurgical anesthesia with sufentanil and remifentanil,compared the effects of two drugs.Methods 168 patients in our hospital emergency brain trauma surgery were randomly divided into 2 groups with sufentanil and remifentanil drugs,compared 2 groups of patients Anesthetic effects and adverse reactions.Results Sufentanil anesthesia anesthesia is better than the other group,mortality was significantly lower than other group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sufentanil in emergency surgery for head injury in the safety of anesthesia,high stability,is worthy of extensive promotion. |
