自发性蛛网膜下腔出血早期脑损伤动物模型的建立

摘    要:目的 建立一种蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后早期脑损伤动物模型.方法 选用新西兰大耳白兔60只,随机分为实验组36只,对照组18只,空白组6只.实验组采用枕大池穿刺一次注入自体动脉血法建立SAH模型,对照组注入平衡液,空白组仅行枕大池穿刺.在造模后4、8、12、24、48、72 h,观察比较各组动物神经功能改变和脑组织形态学变化.结果 肉眼观察实验组造模后见蛛网膜下腔大量血凝块或血液,光镜和电镜下见蛛网膜下腔大量红细胞,神经细胞水肿、变性;对照组和空白组无异常.实验组注血后出现明显的神经行为学症状;与对照组比较,实验组神经功能评分在8~72h明显升高(P<0.01);与空白组比较,实验组神经功能评分在各时间点均明显升高(P<0.01).结论 枕大池一次注入自体动脉血法建立自发性SAH模型简便、可重复,适宜于研究SAH后早期脑损伤.
