| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(HCY)在2型糖尿病肾病中的临床意义。方法选取本院98例2型糖尿病患者(其中糖尿病肾病组53例,单纯糖尿病组45例)作为研究对象,并随即抽取同期健康者40例作为对照组,测定血浆HCY、FBG、尿素氮、肌酐,并进行相关的统计学分析。结果糖尿病肾病组血浆HCY显著高于单纯糖尿病组及正常对照组(P<0.01),且与DN病程有关。结论高同型半胱氨酸血症是2型糖尿病肾病的一个独立危险因素,其测定有助于监测及判断2型糖尿病肾病的发生发展。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical significance of Plasma Homocysteine(HCY) in Type 2 Diabetes Nephropathy.Methods Selected 98 cases of 2 diabetic patients(including 53 with diabetes nephrosis and 45 with simple diabetes mellitus) take the object of study,and then extract the same period in 40 healthy subjects as control group,measured HCY、FBG、urea nitrogen、creatinine,and associated statistical analysis.Results The results showed that plasma Hcy in nephropathy in type 2 diabetes were significantly higher than those of simple diabetes mellitus group and healty obyects(P<0.01),and it was correlation with the time of DN.Conclusion Hyperhomocysteinemia may be an independent risk factor for Type 2 Diabetes Nephropathy.The determination of the plasma HCY level could be beneficial to clinical evaluation of the occurrence and development of Type 2 Diabetes Nephropathy. |
