| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨急性左心衰患者院前急救的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析102例急性左心衰患者的临床资料,其中院前急救组46例,自行就诊患者为对照组56例,比较两组有效救治时间、治疗效果及病死率。结果：院前急救组（甲组）从发病到救治的时间显著早于对照组（乙组）。结论：院前急救可较早改善急性左心衰患者的临床症状,阻止病情继续恶化,并有效降低病死率。
