2004~2006年深圳南山区副溶血性弧菌菌群菌型分布及耐药分析

摘    要:目的:研究深圳南山区引起食物中毒的副溶血性弧菌的菌群菌型分布及耐药性。方法:细菌分离方法按GB/T4789-2003的常规方法进行,用K-B法测定细菌对10种抗生素的耐药性。结果:在248株副溶血性弧菌中,O3菌群135株,占54.4%;O1菌群42株,占16.9%;不定群有41株,占16.5%。血清型别中,K6型125株,占50.4%;K25型35株,占14.1%;耐药性试验,复方新诺明、氯霉素、庆大霉素3种抗生素100%敏感,对氨卞西林、头孢噻吩、头孢西丁耐药性占83.9%以上。结论:2004~2006年深圳南山区副溶血性弧菌以O3群K6型为主,占50.4%;复方新诺明、氯霉素、庆大霉素是首选的抗生素。

Abstract:Objective:Tested the type and the drug resistance of the Vibrio parahaemolyticus which caused food poisioning at the Nanshan district of Shenzhen.Methods:According to the method of GB/T4789-2003,we used the K-B method to test the drug resistance of ten antibiotics.Results:In the 248 the Vibrio parahaemolyticus,the type O3 were 135 strains,occurred 54.4%;the type O1 were 42 strains,occurred 16.9%;the other type were 41 strains,occurred 16.5%.In the serum type,the type K6 were 125 strains,occurred 50.4%;the type of K25 were 35 strains,occurred 14.1%;the test of the drug tolerance,the Vibrio parahaemolyticus were all sensitive for the three antibiotics,the SMZ,chloramphenicol,gentamycin and 83.9% sensitive for the Ampicillin,Cefalotin and cefoxitin.Conclusion:The main type of the Vibrio parahaemolyticus is O3,K6,which occurred 50.4%,at the Nanshan district of Shenzhen;the first selection antibiotics are SMZ,chloramphenicol,gentamycin.
