“摇头丸”滥用者自然戒断后心理反应研究

目的探讨“摇头丸”滥用者自然戒断后的心理特点及药物干预的疗效。方法对综合医院心理咨询门诊48例“摇头丸”滥用者,通过自行设计调查问卷形式了解“摇头丸”滥用者的社会学特征、滥用“摇头丸”情况以及自然戒断后的心理反应。于治疗前后作汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分测定,以评定药物干预的疗效。结果“摇头丸”滥用者以未婚青年人为主,滥用场所以迪厅、歌厅为主,滥用方式以伴啤酒吞服为主,滥用原因主要为好奇。滥用者普遍对“摇头丸”认识不足,自行戒断者多以失眠、疲乏等原因就诊,HAMD和HAMA量表测试显示绝大部分病人有焦虑、抑郁障碍,药物治疗疗效满意。结论应加强全民禁毒教育,加强迪厅、歌厅的管理。

ANALYSIS OF THE PSYCHOLOGICAL REACTION AFTER SPONTANEOUS WITHDRAWAL OF MDMA ABUSERS

Objective To analyze psychological characters after spontaneous withdrawal of MDMA and the effects of medical intervention in MDMA abusers. Methods The scale of Psychological and Sociological Characters in MDMA abusers, which is designed by us, was used to investigate the sociological characters, the way they use the MDMA and the psychological reaction after spontaneous withdrawal in 48 MDMA abusers in our psychological consultant clinic. The scale of HAMD and HAMA were used to compare the effects of medical intervention. Results Most of the MDMA abusers were unmarried young people, the common places they use MDMA was Disco and Bar, The MDMA was usually used with beer, the common reason of using MDMA was curiosity, the abusers were lack of the knowledge of drugs. The common complains after spontaneous withdrawals of MDMA were insomnia and lassitude. The scale of HAMD and HAMA showed that most of the abusers had anxiety and depression. The effects of medical intervention were quite good. Conclusion Popularization of knowledge of drugs should be strengthened, the places prone to drugs abusing such as DISCO and bar should be better supervised.
