全钢丝加压固定与镍钛聚髌器治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效分析

摘    要:目的比较全钢丝加压与镍钛聚髌器两种内固定治疗方法在治疗髌骨骨折病例上的临床疗效。方法2000年3月至2007年11月,分别采用全钢丝加压固定和镍钛聚髌器两种方法治疗髌骨骨折共60例,对两组骨折愈合时间、术后锻炼时间、膝关节功能恢复情况进行比较分析。结果全钢丝加压固定组术后5d下地行走,骨折愈合时间为5~6周,膝关节功能恢复优良率100%。镍钛聚髌器固定组术后2周可下地活动,骨折愈合时间为6~8周,膝关节功能恢复优良率92.6%。结论全钢丝加压固定治疗髌骨骨折强度可靠,不需外固定,术后膝关节能早期功能锻炼,是一种理想治疗方法。

Abstract:Objective To compare the clinical curative effect of whole steel-wire compression fixation and nickel-titanium patellar concentrate for treatment of patellar fracture.Method From March 2000 to November 2007,Sixty cases of patellar fracture which adopt the methods of whole steel-wire compression fixation and nickel-titanium patellar concentrate were compare and analysis the time of fracture recovery,the time of exercise after operation and function recovery of the knee.Results The whole steel-wire compression fixation group: walk-5 days after operation and fracture recovery-4 to 6 weeks after operation,the rate of fineness is 100%;the nickel-titanium patellar concentrate group: walk-2 weeks after operation and fracture recovery-6 to 8 weeks after operation,the rate of fineness is 92.6%.Conclusion Because of the reliable intension,no need of external fixation and early function exercise of the knee,the whole steel-wire compression fixation for treatment of patellar fracture is an ideal method.
