| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨小柴胡冲剂在治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎中的价值。方法:将68例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组均卧床休息,每日静滴维生素C,同时治疗组加用小柴胡冲剂口服,对照组加用ATP、CoA静脉滴注,疗程均为21d。结果:治疗组患儿EKG、心肌酶谱及症状较对照组有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:小柴胡冲剂对小儿病毒性心肌炎有明显的治疗作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To inquire the effect of xiaochaihu chongji in treating the children' s viral pericarditis. Methods:68 sick children were randomly divided into two groups. They both were put at rest and give vitC throng venoclysis. During two treatment courses (21 days) ,one group was treated with xiaochaihu chongji. while the other group with ATP and CoA by contrast.Results:The result showed that EKG,Myocardial zymogram and symptoms in the former group are more improved than in the latter (P < 0.05). Conclusion:It is suggested that xiaochahu chongji has good effect in treating the children s viral pericarditis. |
