| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨蒙脱石散治疗消化性溃疡的作用机理.方法 用冰乙酸制备大鼠慢性胃溃疡模型,观察蒙脱石散治疗胃溃疡的再生黏膜厚度、再生膜液,测定溃疡瘢痕周围组织表皮生长因子(EGF)的含量.结果 蒙脱石散组再生黏膜厚度、再生膜液、胃溃疡瘢痕周围组织EGF的含量均高于模型组(P<0.01).结论 蒙脱石散能提高了溃疡的愈合质量,其机理可能是提高了溃疡瘢痕周围组织EGF的含量.
