老年慢性肾盂肾炎尿毒症患者合并股骨头坏死夏科氏关节与高尿酸血症的治疗

目的探讨中西医结合治疗老年慢性肾盂肾炎尿毒症患者合并股骨头坏死夏科氏关节与高尿酸血症的临床疗效。方法采用前瞻性研究,应用中西医结合个体化血液透析,中西药物治疗。对病人进行了随访。结果经过治疗,病情显著好转,对于股骨头坏死夏科氏关节是维持髋关节的活动范围和防止股骨头的塌陷。结论血液透析和药物治疗对于老年慢性肾盂肾炎高尿酸血症尿毒症患者合并股骨头坏死夏科氏关节与慢性胆囊炎胆囊结石,可以考虑是有效,能够耐受治疗。中西医结合能改善肾功能和生活质量,降低严重自残率和病死率。值得进一步随机对照临床研究。

Therapy of Chronical Pyelonephritis Uremic Patient in the Elderly with Femoral Head Necrosis Xiaikes'Joint and Hyperuricemia

ObjectiveTo study the effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine for chronical pyelonephritis uremic patient in the elderly with femoral head necrosis Xiaikes' Joint and hyperuricemia.MethodsA prospective study was conducted.The integrated Chinese and western medicine(inidividual hemodialysis and drugs) were used for chronic pyelonephritis uremic patient in the elderly with femoral head necrosis Xiaikes' Joint and hyperuricemia.The follow-up of patients with uremia was used.ResultsSymptoms of patient were improved significantly.Integrated Chinese and western medicine had good efficacy in treating chronic pyelonephritis uremic patient in the elderly with femoral head necrosis Xiaikes' Joint and hyperuricemia.The combined treatment of Chinese and western medicine showed obvious advantages.The range of movement of the hip was maintained and collapses of the femoral head was prevented.ConclusionHemodialysis and drugs may be considered as effective and well-tolerated treatment for chronic pyelonephritis hyperuricemia uremic patient in the elderly with femoral head necrosis Xiaikes' Joint and chronic cholescystitis gallstones.Integrated Chinese and Western medicine protocol used in this study may improve renal function and quality of life of chronic pyelonephritis uremic patient in the elderly with femoral head necrosis Xiaikes' Joint and hyperuricemia and reduce the mortality and severe disability rate in those treatment.Further clinical study with randomized and controlled method is worthwhile to be conducted.
