| 摘 要： | 应用冷冻蚀刻电镜技术对正常大鼠的肺泡上皮细胞及毛细血管内皮细胞的紧密连接进行了形态测量。结果显示两者在(1)索条数(4.54±1.86,2.64±0.67根);(2)紧密连接宽度(0.399±0.268,0.175±0.077μ);(3)紧密连接面积(0.353±0.35,0.11±0.098μ~2);(4)索条总长(3.97±3.5,1.47±0.916μ)及(5)索条形态和紧密连接构成方式有非常显著的差异。文中对上述两者间差异的功能意义作了讨论。
