| 摘 要： | 目的：制备一种治疗小儿腹泻有效的复方散剂，观察其临床疗效。方法：根据协定处方结合现代制剂拔术制备复方小儿止泻散，与思密达临床对照应用，观察其疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率91.25％，对照组总有效率63．12％，统计学处理有显著性差异（P〈0．01），未见不良反应。结论：复方小儿止泻散制备工艺合理，临床应用效果显著，是较好的治疗小儿腹泻的药物。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical effects of self-made constipating pulvis in treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods: The constipating pulvis was prepared and our present study was to make a comparative study of the treatment of infantile diarrhea with smecta and constipating pulvis.Results: The total responsing rate was as follows: the treatment group 91.25% and the control group 63.12%.There was a significant difference between the two groups and no severe side effects were found.Conclusion: The constipating pulvis is ideal and effctive to treat infantile diarrhea. |
