胸腔镜下胸交感神经链切断术治疗手汗症的临床应用

目的探讨胸腔镜下胸交感神经链切断术治疗手汗症的疗效及安全性。方法 2008年8月～2009年8月,对13例患者行胸腔镜下胸交感神经链切断术,术中监测双手温度变化,术后随访,评价手汗症的消失情况。结果 13例患者手术全部成功。术中监测胸交感神经链切断术前后手掌温度平均升高2.8℃。平均手术时间（42.3±8.6）min,术后2～5d出院。术后患者手掌多汗的症状均消失,4例腋汗及足汗消失,1例减轻,1例术后出现代偿性多汗。随访1～12个月,平均5.3个月,无1例多汗复发。结论胸腔镜下胸交感神经链切断术是治疗手汗症的一种安全有效的手段。

Clinical application of endoscopic thoracic sympathectomy for palamar hyperhidrosis

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of endoscopic sympathectomy for the treatment of palamar hyperhidrosis.From August 2008 to August 2009,bilateral thoracoscopic sympathectomy was performed in 13 cases.Palamar skin temperature was monitored simultaneously during operation and the effect was evaluated after operation.All operation achieved success.Palamar skin temperature rose with a mean of 2.8℃ after sympathectomy,compared with that before operation.Operation time was mean（42.3±8.6）minutes.Hospital stay was from 2 to 5 days.Palamar hyperhidrosis vanished in all the patients,and armpit and foot hyperhidrosis disappeared in 4 cases and alleviated in 1 cases.Compensatory hyperhidrosis was found in 1 case.All the patients were followed up for 1～12 months（mean 5.3 months）and no recurrence was found.Thoracosopic sympathectomy is a safe and effective method for the treatment of palamar hyperhidrosis.
