AF系统内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折合并脊髓损伤疗效观察

目的　观察AF系统内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折伴脊髓损伤的临床疗效。方法采用AF系统内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折伴脊髓损伤病人 58例。方法　采用AF系统内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折伴脊髓损伤病人 58例。结果　58例骨折椎体前、后缘高度由术前 48%和 71%恢复到术后 93%和 98%,Cobb’s角由术前平均 24. 2o矫正到术后平均 2. 8o;术后随访 6~24个月, 9例完全性瘫痪患者中 5例有 1~2级恢复, 49例不完全性瘫痪患者有 1~3级恢复。结论　AF内固定系统可使伤椎复位满意,固定牢固,并能达到有效的脊髓减压。

Results of AF instrumentation in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures with spinal cord injury

Objective To observe the results of AF instrmentation for the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures with spinal cord injury.Methods 58 cases of thoracolumbar fractures with spinal cord injury were treated with AF instrmentation.Results Anerior and posterior hight of compressed vertebral bodies was restored from 48% and 71% pretoperatively to 93% and 98%postoperatively respectively; and Cobb's angle was corrected from 24.2~o preoperative to 2.8~o postoperatively. The post-operative follow-up was from 6 to 24months with an average of 11 months ,among of the 58cases ,5 recovered 1 to 2 grades in 9 cases with complete paralysis,and other 49 cases with incomplete paralysis recovered 1 to 3 grades.Conclusion AF instrmentation could achieve anatomical reduction and reliable fixation of fractured vertebrae,and effective decompression of spinal cord.
