| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨外鼻缺损的整复方法及疗效。方法：回顾分析1990年1月至2004年1月外鼻缺损38例的临床资料，根据整复方法分为额部皮瓣18例(其中额部横行皮瓣5例，正中皮瓣13例)，鼻唇沟皮瓣13例，耳郭复合瓣3例，替尔氏皮片4例。结果：38例移植物全部成活，鼻外形基本满意。结论：根据外鼻缺损的部位及大小，采用适当的整复方法，可获得较满意的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the reconstructive method and therapeutic effect of external nose defect. Method: The clinical data of 38 patients with external nose defect were retrospectively analysed.18 patients were reconstructed with frontal region flaps, 13 with nasolabial fold flaps, 3 with auricle flaps and 4 with skin grafts. Result: All the flaps and skin grafts were trasplanted successfully.Conclusion: With suitable reconstructive method, all the defects can be repaired successfully with satisfactory flaps and skin grafts. |
