| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨瘢痕疙瘩的治疗方法。方法:治疗组28例,用复方倍他米松注射液(得宝松)局部封闭疗法加喜疗妥治疗瘢痕疙瘩;对照组24例,单纯用得宝松局部封闭疗法治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组78.5%,对照组45%。结论:得宝松局部封闭加喜疗妥外用治疗瘢痕疙瘩可起到满意疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the treatment of keloid. Method 28 patients in treatment group with diprospan conbined with hirudoid,and 24 patients in placebo group with diprospan only. Results The total efficacy rate in treatment group is 78.5%.However The total efficacy rate in placebo group is 45% .Conclusion Diprospan And hirudoid was better than only use diprospan on treatment of keloid. |
