503例电子阴道镜检查结果分析

目的 探讨电子阴道镜检查术在妇科疾病诊断中的作用。方法 对503例有妇科疾病的患者分别进行电子阴道镜及病理组织学检查，以病理学改变作为诊断的金标准。结果 电子阴道镜诊断癌症的灵敏度、特异度和诊断符合率均为100．0％，诊断宫颈息肉分别为100．0％，99．0％，99．2％，外阴疾病分别为100．0％，99．4％，99．4％。结论 电子阴道镜是提高妇科疾病诊断符合率的重要的妇科必备检测设备，镜下活检可以大大提高宫颈息肉、妇科癌症、尖锐湿疣、外阴纤维血管瘤等的诊断符合率，同时对早期癌症特别是宫颈癌检出率高，为临床及时处理提供有效依据。

Application of electro-colposcopy in 503 cases

Objectives To evaluate the clinical application of electro-colposcopy on diagnosis of the gynecological diseases. Methods 503 patients with gynecological disease were examined by electro-colposcopy.Histopathology examinations were performed as diagnostic golden standard. Results The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of using colposcopy were 100 % respectively in the patients with early cervical carcinoma;100 %,99.0 %,99.2 % respectively,in patients with cervical polyps;100 %,99.4 %,99.4 % respectively,in patients with vulvar disorders. Conclusion Electro-colposcopy is a requisite equipment to increase diagnostic accuracy of gynecological disease.Directed biopsies significantly increase the diagnostic accuracy of cervical polyp,cervical carinoma and vulvar disorders.
