先天性阴茎下弯畸形的手术治疗

目的：总结和探讨先天性阴茎下弯畸形的病因、术式选择和并发症防治。　资料和方法：先天性单纯性阴茎下弯 ６ 例，年龄为３～７ 岁。Ⅰ型２ 例，Ⅱ型 ３ 例，Ⅲ型１ 例。采用袖套式尿道松解加钮扣眼皮瓣转移术进行矫正。　结果：５ 例一期治愈。１ 例发生尿瘘再次行手术修补，弯曲矫正欠满意。　结论：袖套式尿道松解加皮瓣转移术疗效较好，并发症少，无需膀胱造口，可作为治疗先天性阴茎下弯畸形的首选术式。

The repairs of chordee without hypospadias in children(A report of 6 cases)

Objectives:To summarize our experience in treating Chordee without hypospadias and discuss its the pathogeny,operation and complication. Material and Methods:6 patients whose mean age was 5.3 years old(3~7) were studied, and we had corrected these childrens malformation with cuff like dissection and buttonhole skin flap transfer. Results:5 cases were cured in one stage.1 case underwent urethral fistula and repairs in two stages. Conclusions:The used operation has less complication and no cystostomy needed,and it should be applied first to the repair of chordee without hypospadias.
