自动调节正压通气治疗58例阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停综合征认知功能的影响分析

目的：了解阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（OSAS）患者在自动调节正压呼吸机（auto-CPAP）治疗前后的认知功能变化。方法：用auto-CPAP治疗58例OSAS患者，治疗前、后分别采用多导睡眠分析仪（PSG）及简易精神状态检查法（MMSE）对患者进行检测，分析治疗前、后睡眠结构及认知功能的变化。结果：治疗前患者均有明显的夜间睡眠呼吸紊乱、低氧血症和不同程度的认知功能障碍，治疗6个月后患者临床症状消除，睡眠结构恢复正常，认知功能明显改善（P〈0．01）。结论：auto—CPAP治疗不仅使阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（OSAS）患者嗜睡、疲乏等临床症状消失，明显改善睡眠结构，而且改善认知功能。

A analysis of the effects of auto-continuous positive airway pressure treatment on cognitive function in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome

Objective:To evaluate the cognitive function of the patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS) before and after auto-continuous positive airway pressure(auto-CPAP) treatment.Methods:Fifty-eight OSAS patients were treated by auto-CPAP,and evaluated their sleep feature and Cognitive Function by polysomnogram(PSG) and mini-mental state examination(MMSE) before and after treatment.Results: Before treatment Fifty-eight studies reviewed sleep-related breathing disorders,nocturnal hypoxemia and cognitive dysfunctions,After 6 month's treatment,clinical symptoms of the patients were disappeared.And the sleep pattern recovered,the cognitive function improved markedly(P<0.01).Conclusions: Not only can the treatment of auto-CPAP relief of drowse and fatigue and improve sleep structure of the patients with,but also their cognitive function is improved in OSAS.
