肾移植术后肺部感染原因及诊治方法分析

目的：分析肾移植术后肺部感染的病因及诊治。方法：对我院近年肾移植术后41例肺部感染患者进行分析。结果：细菌感染34例，巨细胞病毒（CMV）感染6例，霉菌感染6例，结核感染2例，未查到病原菌的4例；痊愈29例，好转4例，死亡8例。结论：肾移植术后肺部感染的主要病原菌是细菌，早期诊断、治疗是关键；连续性血液净化辅助治疗可提高治愈率。

The Cause and Treatment of Pulmonary Infection after Renal Transplanlation

Objective:To analyze the cause and treatment methods of pulmonary infection after renal transplantation. Methods: 41 patients with pulmonary infection after renal transplantation were included in this study. Results: The pathogens of pulmonary infection were bacteria (34),cytomegalovirus (6), fungi (6), tubercle bacillus (2), and there was no pathogen found in 4 patients. 29 patients were cured,8 were dead. Conclusion: The main cause of pulmonary infection after renal transplantation is bacteria. The prognosis depends on time of diagnosis and treatment. Continuous blood purification treatment is beneficial to the treatment.
